Chobe Day Trip – Botswana
Chobe Park is renowned for its variety of wildlife and particularly the large herds of elephant that can often be seen, mainly in the high season. The safaris begin with a road transfer across the border at Kazungula (approximately 90 minutes from Victoria Falls). Your day will include a boat/pontoon cruise and game drive in open 4×4 vehicle, usually lasting around 4 hours.
This tour departs daily from Victoria Falls or Livingstone to the Chobe National Park in Botswana. You will be transferred to the Kazungula border where you will be met by your Botswana Guide. You will proceed straight to the River where you will do the morning cruise and morning game viewing along the Chobe River. After the morning cruise, you will have lunch. After lunch, you will board safari vehicles for an afternoon game drive in the Chobe National Park where you will have have the opportunity to enjoy an abundance of wildlife. After the game drive, you will be taken back to Kazungula border for your onward transfer back to your hotel.
Please note: Due to the previous night’s sightings, the order of the activities might be changed, i.e. start with a Game drive and finish with the Boat Cruise.
There is a Half Day Trip option available where you have a choice of either the Boat Cruise or the Game Drive. This trip gets back around 13h00.
Hwange Full Day Trip
Prepare for the greatest full day activity and explore the largest national park in Zimbabwe with big five game. Hwange National Park is one of the finest conservation areas in Zimbabwe and contains an enormous variety of all big and small game species and birdlife. Game drives in the Hwange National Park offers excellent game viewing opportunities. You will be accompanied by our knowledgeable guides who even make it more exciting by assisting you to spot animals from afar or even the closest that you will not be seeing.
If you allow yourself adequate time here you will probably see nearly all the major species: giraffe, elephant, zebra, impala, tsessebe, roan, sable, wildebeest, kudu, buffalo, waterbuck, warthog, eland and accompanying predators including lion, hyena, jackal, bat-eared fox and possibly even cheetah and the wild dog.
You will be picked at the hotel @ 06:00 for a drive to Hwange National park which is approximately 200 km from Victoria Falls. You will commence by a morning drive you stop over a little bit in the park for lunch which is set on a platform the drive deep down in the park for an afternoon game drive. You will be back at the hotel 19:00.

The birds and wilderness elements you encounter will leave you wanting more.
You will be transferred to and from any hotel or lodge in the Victoria Falls vicinity to the Private Game Reserve
Morning game drives include an approximate 3-hour game drive and bush breakfast.
Evening game drives include an approximate 3 hour game drive and bush dinner beautifully set out beneath a blanket of stars as you enjoy your evening under a true African sky and all its glory.

Elephant Back Safari
View wildlife from another level, and ride the wilderness’ very own 4×4. These majestic creatures, biggest overland animal will take you on a stroll through the bush and enable you to see game from another perspective in the African forests. The excursion lasts 3-4 hours and begins with a half hour transfer to the Estate followed by a debriefing and short training session where you can witness the bond between each elephant and his keeper. Experience the sheer exhilaration of sitting on an enormous African Elephant, touching, hearing, smelling and seeing them very close is indescribable. The movement is fascinating as they are almost silent as they make their way along the game paths.
Morning or Afternoon Elephant Interactive Safaris – allow you the opportunity to ride, learn about and interact with these majestic creatures. Morning safaris include breakfast. Afternoon safaris include drinks and snacks.
Walking with Lions is an intimate experience with the Kings of the Jungle. Participate in our breakfast, mid-morning or afternoon safari which includes interacting and walking side by side with the lions, learning about their habitat and behaviour and the conservation challenges they face in the wild. The trained guides will use their discretion at intervals and allow you close contact with the lions, pat them and take pictures of this memorable experience.
Lion Encounter is an active conservation program that is passionate about ensuring a secure future for the African lion. The species has seen an 80 – 90% decline in the past 20 – 30 years.

We offer you a guided tour of the Zambezi Nature Sanctuary and an opportunity to see some of Africa’s biggest crocodiles, ranging from babies to full grown adults as we take you on a tour of the croc breeding farm and through the tannery.

When you are next in Victoria Falls, spend some time on the Zambezi River with our fishing team catch Africa’s number one fresh water sport fish, The Tiger! Every fish caught by our guests are returned to the Zambezi as this is a strictly “catch and release “operation. Fishing on the Zambezi River is possibly as close as one can get to absolute perfection.
There are over 75 fish species found inhabiting these waters. The most sought-after of these is the Tiger Fish, well renowned as probably the greatest fighting fresh water fish around. It is a ferocious specie which can grow as large as 15 Kg in weight.
From Vic Falls, you have a choice of two amazing fishing locations. If you’re looking for some peace and tranquillity, the gentle rapids and islands above the falls offer a great opportunity to catch bream. If you’re looking for a challenging angling adventure, the Batoka Gorge features some of the wildest and most unusual locations to catch the infamous Tiger Fish.
